Who does CEBHS support?

CEBHS supports individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, substance use recovery, justice involvement, reentry barriers, life transitions, family strain, and practical needs related to stability.

Do I need to know exactly which service I need?

No. If you are unsure, you can still reach out. Share a brief description of what you are looking for, and CEBHS can help determine the next appropriate step.

Can a family member or referral source contact CEBHS?

Yes. A family member, support person, or referral source may send a message. CEBHS may still need to speak directly with the person seeking services before moving forward.

Are appointments confirmed immediately after I submit a request?

No. Appointment requests are reviewed before confirmation. After you submit a request, CEBHS will follow up with next steps.

What appointment formats are available?

CEBHS currently lists in-person appointment, virtual video appointment, and telehealth appointment as available request options. Final details will be confirmed during follow-up.

What services does CEBHS provide?

CEBHS provides Mental Health Support, Substance Use Recovery (AODA), Peer Support Services, Reentry & Reintegration Programs, Life Skills & Employment Support, and Family Support Services.

What is peer support?

Peer support is connection-based support rooted in lived experience, encouragement, and practical guidance. It is designed to help people feel less alone while working toward stability and change.

What are reentry and reintegration services?

Reentry and reintegration services support justice-involved individuals as they work to rebuild stability, reconnect with community, meet responsibilities, and move forward with dignity and direction.

Does CEBHS only provide therapy?

No. CEBHS is broader than a traditional therapy-only website. The services include behavioral health support, recovery support, peer support, reentry help, life skills, employment readiness, and family support.

What are the current hours?

Current listed hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. CEBHS is closed on Sunday.

Urgent needs and emergencies

Can I use the website form for an emergency?

No. The website contact form and appointment request form are not intended for emergencies and may not be monitored immediately.

What should I do in a crisis or immediate danger?

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Should I include private details in the contact form?

Share enough information for CEBHS to understand the reason for your message, but avoid including highly sensitive details in the website form.
